Rocky Road and Peanut Butter Cup Fritatta
335 grams egg whites
75 grams yolks
80 grams oats
56 grams Natty Nutrition Whey-Trol (rocky road)
34 grams Natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
Cinnamon to taste
Combine Ingredients into blender or food processor. Blend until oats are chopped very fine. Pre- heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a medium oven safe skillet and add blended ingredients, spray with non stick (pam). Cook until sides brown, now putr in oven and bake for 2-3 minutes. Next turn broiler on low- medium and cook until crust forms. Remove from oven, allow cooling time. Cut into 4 slices. Top with walden farms syrup(0 calories) and enjoy
